AvantWave received the Hong Kong Award for Industries 2005, Technological Achievement, Certificate of Merit from HKSTP. The Hong Kong Awards for Industries, championed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and co-organized by seven trade and industrial organiziations and business support bodies, is a joint project of the Government and the private sector to promote excellence in industries.

AvantWave is going to launch its innovative Bluetooth® module - Bluetron BTR300S by adopting LTCC (Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic) technology. The module employs single LTCC substrate that embeds antenna, balun-filter, impedance matching inductors and capacitor into ceramic substrate. With its compact size (11mm x 11mm), Bluetron BTR300S module incorporates with CSR's BlueCore Bluetooth® single-chip.
Production samples will be avaliable soon, with volume production beginning in Q2 2006.
