The HKICT Awards aims to recognize, promote and commend the excellent achievements to which Hong Kong ICT professionals and organizations contribute. This year, around 60 companies participated in 7 award categories. Contesting products are judged according to its innovation, functionality, market performance, optimal use of wireless technology and its social responsibility. Our awarded product, BTR 300S is the world's smallest Bluetooth^® module with integrated antenna.

AvantWave received the Certificate of Merit under the category of Research and Development in the Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) 2006, held in Macau. The APICTA is an international Awards Program initiated by the Multimedia Development Corporation of Malaysia. This Awards Program aims to increase ICT awareness in the community, as well as stimulates ICT innovation and creativity and facilitates technology transfer.
