AvantWave is going to launch its innovative Bluetooth®
module - Bluetron BTR300S by adopting LTCC (Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic) technology. The module employs single LTCC substrate that embeds antenna, balun-filter, impedance matching inductors and capacitor into ceramic substrate. With its compact size (11mm x 11mm), Bluetron BTR300S module incorporates with CSR's BlueCore Bluetooth single-chip. Production samples will be avaliable soon, with volume production beginning in Q2 2006.
